Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every cookie is hand-mixed and baked to order from perishable ingredients. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any baked goods once an order has been placed.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us at customercare@planet-baked.com before 5pm the day before your bake date. Once we've started baking, we can no longer modify or cancel the order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your cookies arrive damaged, or you received the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping delays

We bake and hand off to the carrier on time, but once a package leaves our kitchen we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before paying.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. Items marked GF/DF are prepared in a dedicated environment, but we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. Order at your own discretion if you have a severe allergy.
